États-Unis: la Cour suprême met fin à une jurisprudence qui autorisait l’avortement

Elle n’aura pas tenue cinquante ans: la Cour suprême des États-Unis d’Amérique est revenue sur sa décision de 1973 ( Roe v. Wade) qui a rendu possible la légalisation de l’avortement dans chaque État. La décision est historique. Il n’y a plus de « parapluie » constitutionnel pour autoriser l’avortement.

Plusieurs évêques comme Mgr Cordileone, archevêque de San Francisco, ont salué cette décision:
