New York: une messe de réparation après un hommage sacrilège à la cathédrale

Il devait s’agir des funérailles de Cecilia Gentili , activiste transgenre (il a vécu comme femme), acteur et ancien prostitué. La cérémonie a pris une tournure sacrilège avec des mots vulgaires prononcés à l’intérieur de la cathédrale Saint-Patrick de New York. Une journaliste a ainsi interpellé l’archevêque de New York, le cardinal Timothy Dolan.

Un partisan de la ligne pontificale cite le « Todos, Todos, Todos ! », des mots que le pape François avait prononcé il y a quelques temps pour justifier l’accueil de toutes les personnes dans l’Église, a justifié ce service funéraire.

Une messe de réparation sera prévue

Il y aura bien une messe de réparation comme l’a annoncé le recteur de la cathédrale Saint-Patrick de New York, qui indique que la cathédrale a été induite en erreur en raison de la tournure prise par la cérémonie.
